The long awaited ProHeart 12 is now available at The Folly Road Animal Hospital!

Just like ProHeart 6, ProHeart 12 is an injectable form of heartworm prevention for dogs. As the name implies, ProHeart 12 offers an entire year of heartworm protection versus the six months of protection provided by ProHeart 6.

Clients familiar with ProHeart 6 already know what an effective and convenient option for heartworm prevention this is. As the storm inches along the East Coast, our office will be CLOSED on Thursday, September 5, 2019. We hope to open back up at 9am on Friday, September 6th, pending the effects of the storm. Please stay tuned for updates.

While hurricane tracking is difficult to predict, the Folly Road Animal Hospital is doing all we can to prepare for Hurricane Dorian! While previously our hospital was scheduled to be closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 2nd, 2019, due to the storm we will be open this day from 9:00am to noon to help our clients with last minute storm preparations. We will be open these hours for boarding pickups, prescription refills, and any other services we can provide to assist our clients.

We will continue to monitor the storm and keep our clients updated on business hours pending the weather and traffic restrictions!

As many of our clients may be evacuating, we encourage them to utilize our Online Pet Portal.

Use the portal to access your pets vaccination records anytime and anywhere. You may need proof of vaccinations depending on your hurricane preparation plans. Please contact our office if you have any difficulty accessing your portal.

The ProHeart 6 clinic scheduled for Saturday, December 8th has been cancelled.

We ask for your continued patience as Dr. Sheridan is ill this week and will be unable to see appointments today 12/03/18 or tomorrow, Tuesday 12/04/18. We apologize for the late notice, but wanted everyone to know that our office will be closing early today 12/03/2018 (at 6:00pm and not our usual 8:00pm).
