Fees and Payments

We require payments at the time services are rendered, unless some arrangement has been made before payment is due. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, traveler’s checks, personal checks (through TigerTranz), and held checks. Service fees are applied when asked to hold a check. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.

We also accept Care Credit for non-elective, emergency procedures.

Estimates can always be provided so that budget concerns can be addressed. Discounts are available for full-time college students, active military, and senior citizens. You must request your discount at each visit. Proof of current status will be required.
